Movies and special event channel Max has geared up for the weekend with two big stars. Amitabh Bachchan starrer Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (K3D) and Jean-Claude Van Damme starrer Double Team (dubbed in Hindi) will the showcased on the channel.

On the home front, some of the biggest stars of Bollywood - Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Kajol, Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor - can be caught on K3D which will be aired on 16 October at 8 pm. Karan Johar's K3D brought together the Bachchans in a movie after a long gap of 16 years. Also, the making of the film with Mandira Bedi in Extraaa Shots will be aired just before the telecast of the movie.

Hollywood Blockbuster Double Team with Van Damme and Dennis Rodman will be aired on the channel on 17 October at 9 pm in the channel's unique initiative - 'Promise Hollywood Hungama.'

Double Team is touted as an action-espionage thriller with Van Damme and basketball sensation Dennis Rodman, who work as an unlikely team in the movie.
