Zee Movie Zone aka ZMZ is all geared to present Harrison Ford
in the swashbuckling character of Indiana Jones, based on
early 19th century Italian archaeologist named Giovanni Belzoni,
who became famous for exploring and excavating treasured Egyptian
sites.
The
ultimate adventure hero will be brought to the screens on Sundays,
at 8 pm, on 14, 21 and 28 November, says a company release.
Speaking about screening Indiana Jones-Adventure Overdrive,
ZMZ business head, Ajay Trigunayat, said, "Be it critically
acclaimed cinema, good old action movies, chick flicks, tear-jerking
romances, slapstick humour or your favourite characters, we've got
it all. We are currently toying with the idea of introducing the
mini-series on ZMZ and are currently looking at Bourne Identity
series. We are not only going to showcase the best movies but
also the best stars".
All three films in The Adventures of Indiana Jones: from
the groundbreaking excitement of Indiana Jones and the Raiders
of the Lost Ark (1981), to the sinister mysteries of Indiana
Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984) and the father-son adventures
of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), have been painstakingly
restored frame-by-frame, digitally re-mastered by THX for superior
sound and picture quality, is now being presented on the small screen,
claims the release.
