Fashion czar, Giorgio Armani will be baring his soul to haute couture aficionados in a talk show soon.

The next edition of CNN's Talk Asia will feature the fashion icon. The interview, conducted by Lorraine Hahn, was shot at the Emporio Armani Cafè in Hong Kong and airs on 12 June at 8:30 am, 8 pm and on 13 June at 4 pm, 8:30 pm.

Armani says, “I had no formal training, so that was the most incredible thing about it. I learnt everything on my own and I really had to sweat it out.”

Armani has reigned supreme in the fashion industry for the past three decades and is now expanding his $4 billion empire into China.

The Italian fashion mogul discusses with host Hahn, the Armani Group's success and future plans, his design philosophy, his inspirations and his passions. “Our goal is to make everybody look more attractive, more beautiful. Always keep in mind what people actually want to wear, what actually makes them look better and feel better about themselves,” Armani tells CNN.

In managing his hectic schedule, Armani said his decisive character gives him “the ability to confront all sorts of problems very quickly”. The 69-year old shows little sign of slowing down. He reveals to CNN that work keeps him young. “I think what keeps me youthful is work. It is working from nine to nine everyday, whether you do it with department stores or publishers or different teams within the company. This is great exercise. The older you get, the more active you are, the younger you stay.”
