Nandini of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi tops the list of favourite for 'Yogya Bahu' (ideal daughter-in-law) category in the Dabur Anmol Shampoo Star Parivaar Awards 2004, against competitors like Monika (Saara Akaash), Tara (Kyun Hota Hai Pyarrr), Jeeya (Shararat) and Krishna (Krishna Arjun).

Nandini, played by Gauri Pradhan, who made her entry in the daily a few months back, has become a hot favourite with the audience. A natural and spontaneous actor, Pradhan has taken a huge lead from the last year's winner Krishna, to head the pack of 'Yogya Bahu'.

In the category of favourite 'Devrani' (sister-in-law), Ganga played by Shilpa Saklani, from Kyunki..., who has won the hearts of the viewers. Also Gautam's wife who later marries Saahil after Gautam rejects her, is giving competition to other talented actresses like Komollika (Kasautii Zindagii Kay), Pooja (Kyunki...), Jayshree (Khichdi) and Shilpa (Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii).

The award ceremony is scheduled for 11 June and the event will be aired on Star Plus on 19 June at 8.00 pm.
