Targeting the youth and the young at heart, the show aims to provide the viewers with latest information, gossips, previews and reviews of latest Hindi films, says an official release.

etc Networks CEO Jagjit Singh Kohli said, "This is another step towards youth centric programmes. We will be catering further to the requirements of teenagers and youngsters."

Hosted by veejay Amit Khanna and Pracchi Mehta, the show very casually hands out trivia about films and actors before playing the latest songs. They compliment the idea of 'family viewing day' and so the set resembles a living room/TV viewing room of an urban couple, with the screen appearing like a Home Theatre, says the release.

Produced by Fusion Media production house, Home Theatre is an hour long bi-weekly musical show, directed by Arshad Khan and is aired every Thursday and Friday.
