The movie stars Rahul Dev, Jimmy Shergil, Sameer Dharmadhikari, Shamita Shetty, Richa Pallod and Divya Dutta in the main lead. Directed by newcomer Sanjeev Puri, Agnipankh (Wings of fire) is based on the Indian Air Force, says a press release.

The story revolves around three fighter pilots, a flamboyant Siddharth played by Shergil who is quite a ladies man, Sameer (Sameer Dharmadhikari) who is always at logger heads with Siddharth, being a fighter pilot himself, Vishal played by Rahul Dev, the voice of sanity who is one rank senior and newly married to Nupur (Divya Dutt). Than there is Anjana played by Shamita Shetty, who is a chopper pilot and Surbhi, a rich man's daughter.The story has a fast paced climax.
