The leader of LTTE's political wing S P Tamil Selvan, in an exclusive
interview to BBC News, said that Sri Lanka was drifting back to
war and that the peace process had reached its lowest point since
the truce came into force two and a half years ago.
The audience can tune to Asia Today today at 8 pm to witness
the exclusive interview that took place.
The interview comes in the wake of last week's suicide bomber
attack in Colombo.
"The recent happenings dictate to us to perceive the position
taken by the present government and the Sri Lankan forces, acting
in that state, trying to shatter the confidence and the hope that
has been built over the last two and a half years to bring permanent
peace to the island," he is said to have quoted in the interview.
