Zee News has announced extensive coverage for the Union Budget 2004-2005 tomorrow 8 July. The coverage starts with a one hour budget survey at 9 am. This will be followed by the presentation of the budget as well as a discussion from Ficci's boardroom.

From 1 -3 pm the channel will get the stock market reactions as well as reactions from the common man at a shopping mall and the different State governments. Then at 3 pm it will showcase the one hour special Sasta-Mehanga. This will examine how the budget will impact the rpices of different goods and services.

The budget is expected to have a special focus on the agriculture sector. From 4 to 5 pm the channel will have the special Panchayat which will get reactions from farmers. Later in the night the channel will have an interview with the Finance Minister P. Chidambaram.
