In the latest edition of Star News' film magazine show Masand
Ki Pasand the versatile actor Tabu will talk about her career
and her life choices.
On
Saturday 14 February 2004, Rajeev Masand host an exclusive tete-e-tete
with the lady who made her transition from masala movies to parallel
cinema.
Winner of two National Awards, she has set the screen ablaze with
her performances in films like Border, Viraasat, Maachis, Hu
Tu Tu, Chachi 420, Astitva, Chandni Bar and the more recent
Maqbool.
In a candid interview, Tabu reveals that she hates putting on make-up.
Completely uninhibited about the kind of roles she essays, she tries
to get into the skin of her characters. She also never takes all
the praise and the acclaim seriously so that she won't reach dizzy
heights.
Masand also catches up with Bollywood's showman, Subhash Ghai
about his new magnum opus Kisna, starring Vivek Oberoi, and
finds out what the producer/director has been busy with since the
failure of Yaadein.
