Karan Johar, as the host, on Koffee with Karan in an animated conversation with renowned director Sanjay Leela Bansali and his muse, the gorgeous actress Aishwariya Rai on 10 December at 10 pm.

"Sanjay Bansali is my favorite director. His films are not just films... they are experiences” exclaims Karan, as informs a media release. But leaves no stone unturned in his quest to uncover the ‘real’ people behind their public personas, their hurt, their pain, their friendship, their parting, their reunion and much much more.

Karan manages to extract the deepest of the secrets from the low profile Bansali who confesses that Aishwariya is one of the very few people he can talk to for hours and claims that "I don’t think other director’s understand the aura of Aishwarya Rai… they don’t understand her power, her beauty, her talent. In other films, she seems to be groping" says Bansali.

The candid discussion between the two directors and Aishwarya in Karan’s Café making them feel like they are part of this intimate chat.

Karan corners his guests into revealing some secrets, the media release informs, treading on the forbidden grounds when he probes into Aishwarya’s relationship with Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi.
