| For the next eight weeks BBC World’s Question
Time India will be presenting a series of in-depth discussions
of the major topics that lie at the heart of the Indian elections,
involving some of the country’s most prominent politicians every
Friday.
In this edition of Question Time India that will be broadcast
on BBC World at 10 pm on Friday 2 April, presenter Dileep Padgaonkar
leads a debate on the leading domestic issues that affect the Indian
electorate.
The guests on the show will be: Pramod Mahajan - the General Secretary
and Chief Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party, K Natwar Singh
- the Congress Working Committee member and Rajya Sabha MP, Amar
Singh - the General Secretary and Chief Spokesperson of the Samajwadi
Party and Bhaskar Ghose - the newspaper columnist and the former
Information and Broadcasting Secretary and Culture Secretary.
