ESPN Star Sports (ESS) along with Sify Limited launched the new season of Super Selector with the first Test between India and New Zealand on 8 October.

To increase viewer interactivity, ESS has planned to give away more than Rs 340,000 worth of prizes - including daily and monthly prizes - to viewers who participate in the contest.

To participate, one needs to buy a PIN from any Sify I-Way cyber cafe in 45 cities across the country, or log on to Sifymall.com. Once logged on, participants can create a team by choosing a team name, entering the PIN and managing the squad with the allotted 1,000 points for six batsmen, one wicket keeper, and four bowlers.

Participants can also get details about individual players and teams on the Samsung cricket rating site, said an official release.

Registering a team with a daily PIN allows no substitutions and is available as a package of five at Rs 50. A monthly PIN allows ten substitutions and is also priced at Rs 50. All entries with monthly PINs will be eligible for the overall league, added the release.
