Sen is back to dazzle the silver screen with her movie Samay. etc is bringing this pretty and witty lady directly from her house into the viewers drawing rooms as Star Giraftaar for October 2003.

Star Giraftaar is a special slot on etc in which an established Bollywood star appears on the channel to allow the viewers a peek in their life in Bollywood. The star also unfolds some unknown aspects of their personal life. Besides telecasting special half an hour show with the star, etc also plays songs and scenes from their forthcoming film for the entire month.

Sen plays the character of super cop in her next film Samay. "This is a dangerous film. People think that danger means sudden happenings. But I think that silence can be more dangerous and Samay is about silence," says Sen.

She goes on to say how this film is an out and out feature film but the story is such that has crossed boundaries. "Indian audience is ready for experimentation. It is bringing the universal manner of film making," quips Sen.

She also talks about her euphoria as the beauty queen and how she still lives it through her fans. She also speaks about how her winning the crown added to the pride of our country and how she had to use her intellect along with her acting capability to play the role of super cop in her upcoming film.
