Well Kyunki…'s Mihir still has got it… the mass appeal of course.

After the much-watched clarification, seems like the favourite reel son of the Star Plus first family, Mihir is back on the viewer's most wanted list. In the on-going polling for the Dabur Red Toothpaste Star Parivaar Awards, after the episode where he justifies his deeds to the Virani Family, Tulsi-Mihir pair has managed to oust Kasautii Zindagii Kay's Anurag and Prerna from its hitherto position (till 20 June) as the favourite Jodi.

With Kasautii... leading the TRP list in the past few weeks, the tilt in the viewer's affection, following the change in the storyline, from Anurag to Mihir might just be the indication of the change in the ratings to follow. In fact the shift in loyalty has not alone taken place in the favourite Jodi category but in the favourite Pati category as well.

While Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi's Mihir was voted as the favourite Pati in the first week of the voting, Anurag soon replaced him, but the voters have again swayed back in favour of Mihir over the weekend, though the shift has been marginal. According to the information, Mihir is leading the top husband category with 31 per cent of votes while Anurag is neck-to-neck competition with 30 per cent votes. Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii's Om on the other hand is third in the list with 21 per cent votes, Shashank from Sanjivani … a medical boon has bagged 10 per cent of public vote and Rishabh Bajaj from Kasautii Zindagii Kay is fifth on the popularity list with 8 per cent votes.
