Doordarshan has prepared a rather impressive bouquet of blockbusters for its viewers this weekend.

The first to roll out on the national channel would be Salman Khan and Urmila Matondkar's Jaanam Samjha Karo on Saturday at 10:30 pm. Govinda and Shilpa Shetty starrer Chhote Sarkar follows on Sunday at 4:00 pm.

DD2, the Metro channel will begin the weekend fare on Friday with School Bus, a telefilm. On Saturday the channel airs, Mira Nair's Salaam Bombay at 3:00 pm.

On Sunday , the channel airs Des Pardes starring Dev Anand, Tina Munim and Pran ,followed by an English movie Dollar Dreams starring Santosh, Anish Kuruvilla, Priyanka and Satya.

Created by Amigos Creations by a debutant director, Sekhar Kammula, dollar Dreams is the story of today's youth in India who aspire to acquire software skills after college/university education and set off to the United States, "the land of opportunity" to make a fast buck.
