B4U Music to air first-ever music concert at Queen's Palace

B4U Music will air "Party at the Palace" show being held at UK's Buckingham Palace where rock stars and pop titans will be performing "live" for the first time. The British queen has invited 12,000 guests to join the members of the royal family for the first ever concert to be held in the Palace grounds.

B4U Music, the music channel that also focuses on fashion, trends, travel & lifestyle, will air the event on 8 February 2003 at 8.30 pm.

 
 

The concert is packed with the sounds of Ozzy Osbourne, Queen’s Brian May & Bryan Adam’s Rock; Emma Bunton, Misteeq, Atomic Kitten’s Pop; Ricky Latino Martin; the 60’s groove of Cliff Richard; The Irish Corrs; the man who's had hit records in every one of the last five decades; Tom Jones and the all season favorites like Rod Stewart, Eric Clapton, Annie Lennox, Elton John and other music icons from the yesteryears to today’s sound.

B4U has also tied up with nightspots across the country like Fire & Ice (Mumbai), RGs (Delhi), London Pub (Kolkata), Insomnia (Bangalore) who will be airing the show on big screen. The real music lovers can enjoy the 3-hour non-stop show with a concert like experience in a bigger and a louder setting. The concert album has sold in excess of 500 million records worldwide. The contest will end on 8 February.

Commenting on this event, B4U Television network CMO Rajnish Lall said: “This is yet another endeavour to provide our viewers the very best in music, be it Indian or international. The show packages the International music icons in one of the most spectacular concert ever. If you love music, you’ll regret missing this show.”

To make the viewing more exciting, B4U has tied up with the British Tourist Authority (BTA) as well as Le Meridien Grosvenor House, London to present a contest titled ‘Calling London’. The prize for the contest will consist of two (winner + friend) return tickets from Mumbai/Delhi to London plus a 3 nights and 4 days stay at the Le Meridien Grosvenor House.
