The next episode of Rendezvous with Simi Garewal features
the maker of the hit flick Dil Chahta Hai Farhan Akhtar as
well as his wife Adhuna. The show airs on 2 February at 8:30 pm.
Talking
about the films' script Akhtar says, " I dropped out of college and
all I did for 2 years was watched movies at home. I even sometimes
saw them several times, like I saw Die Hard 25 times. I think
when people thought I was doing nothing that's when it was building
up in me.I was so possessive of the script that I thought if I gave
it to anyone they would ruin it. It was a very personal script. So
I decided to do it myself.".
