Predominantly music channel etc
is doing its own number on both the cricket World Cup Cricket and
Valentine's Day in its Pandey Pillai-2 spoof series.
The Valentine's Day episode will be telecast on Tuesday, 11 February
at 7:30 pm with a repeat telecast on the following Sunday (16 February)
at 12:30 pm.
In this episode Pillai and Pandey fall in love with the same woman.
And To add more confusion to the scene, a Keralite Superman elopes
with the ladylove of Pandey and Pillai and scoots off to South Africa.
After this starts a chain of events leading to World Cup frenzy in
the next three episodes.
Atul Srivastava in the role of Pandey and Suresh Menon as Pillai rattle
off nonsensical dialogues in their regional accents, making for an
amusing north-south fusion.
The further episodes of Pandey Pillai- 2 on World cup Cricket will
be telecast on Tuesday 18 and 25 February and 4 March 7:30 pm with
repeat telecasts on the following Sundays at 12:30 pm. |
