CMM Broadcasting Network's spiritual channel, Aastha is planning to celebrate the 109th birthday celebrations of Avatar Meher Baba by airing US based director Tim Tehlen's film Meherbaba the awakener. The film will be aired on Sunday 23 February 2003 at 10 am.

On Tuesday 25 February 2003, the channel has organised a special programme at Mumbai's Patkar Hall. The programme features devotional songs and ghazals; a talk by Professor JS Rathore and a cultural dance and play programme called "In search of God". The channel will telecast the proceedings at a later date.

Aastha is also the official channel for Healthy Living 2003, billed as India's biggest consumer event on alternative medicine, therapies and healing techniques. Healthy Living is being held at Mumbai's World Trade centre between 21-23 February 2003. The channel has taken a stall at the venue and has been showcasing the upcoming events cum programmes on the channel.
