Sunil Dutt reflects and talks candid about his life in an exclusive autobiographical show ‘Munna Bhai Ka Shareef Baap’ on the number one music channel etc on 11 December at 7.00 pm.

“I have heard that Sanjay is very naughty on the sets. He keeps on troubling the technicians, spot boys, assistant and others. But with me on the sets of Munna Bhai M.B.B.S., he was very reserved. It would give a relief to everybody on the sets,” says this fond father with a laugh on etc.

He reminisces further down the memory lane and recalls the moments of extreme joy when Sanjay was born. “I still remember how I had rushed to Breach Candy Hospital when I heard the news. But on reaching the hospital I got stuck behind other cars and started honking in impatience and excitement. Immediately the matron of the hospital had come out running and reprimanded me. I still remember that she had advised me to grow up since I had the added responsibility of a child,” tells the veteran artiste with affection.

He also talks about his decision to come back into Hindi films to play reel father to his real life son. “I did this film because the story is not senseless entertainment. It has a message. I also did it because of Vinod.”

He talks about the sensibility of films during his time and how films like Mother India became a classic inspite of absence of glamour and gloss. “They were good stories told with perfection and also carried entertainment. Why can't we make films like that today,” he implores. He also talks about his favorite subject of social issues and his return to active politics.
