Popular Kannada star Upendra is Radio City 91 FM Bangalore's New Year attraction.

The lyricist, actor and director will share his moments of triumph and trials in an exclusive interview to the radio station between 6 and 8 pm on 1 January on the show on Route 91. The interview will be conducted by RJ Chaitanya Hegde.

Upendra started his movie career as a lyricist and went on to direct films like Om and Ssshh and finally became an actor, starring in superhit movies like Preethse, Kutumba and Raktha Kaneeru. The multifaceted personality star talks about his childhood, his big break in films, life as a director, his marriage to actress Priyanka and his recent film Gokarna.
