chief election commissioner of India, James Lyngdoh will be seen
in an in-depth interview on BBC Worlds HARDtalk India on 26
December at 10 pm. In this interview, Lyngdoh speaks to Karan Thapar
about the countrys politicians and why he is critical of them.
Lyngdoh also explains the need to incorporate free and fair elections
as one of the fundamental rights in the Indian constitution.
