Hrithik Roshan is etc's Star Giraftar

etc has announced that actor Hrithik Roshan is the channel's Star Giraftar for the month of March. The show airs on 27 March at 8pm with a repeat on 30 March at the same time. The channel visited the location of his next film Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage at Fantasy Land.

An official release informs that Star Giraftaar is the slot where a well-established film personality comes on the channel to talk about their accomplishments, beliefs, likes, dislikes, ups and downs in life. The channel also plays songs of their choice as well as the clippings from the film of the artiste on the channel through out the month.

Hrithik became famous with Kaho Na Pyar Hai. He has now reteamed with his costar Amisha Patel in the new film the release states.

In the interview the artiste reveals a lot about himself as a person and as a film star. He describes his lack of knowledge about dancing before his first film. Farha Khan, the chorographer of the film, taught him dancing for three days before he could get his steps correct for the song on the ship.

He said, “Today I am more relaxed than what I was in my first film. But the expectations are more, so the drive is still the same.” About his latest release he had these remarks to make, “The subject is new. The story begins and ends in the nine days of Dandiya. It is emotion packed. I have never played a boy so young, stubborn, sentimental and driven. My character Rohit is just like me.”

In the show he discusses his views on acting schools, what he is like in real life, his emotions, his idea of the Indian film industry.
