Cartoon Theatre presents 'Tin Tin and the mystery at Shark Lake'

The success of the half hour Tin Tin series has prompted Cartoon Network to showcase Tin Tin and the mystey at Shark Lake in its Cartoon Theatre programming block. The show airs on 28 July at 12 pm with a repeat at 8 pm.

This is the first time the animated detective, created by Herge, will be presented in feature length format. At Shark Lake, a worldwide theft of art operation is being planned by Rastapopulous. Meanwhile, Professor Calculus is trying to come up with a new technology which could help prevent the scam.

From 13 July, the channel will also commence new episodes of Samurai Jack. The title character is a warrior who battles the shape shifting wizard Aku. The channel has also announced that the character of the month is The Mask. Normal everyday man Stanley Ipkiss is transformed into The Mask a character with the ability to move quicker than the blink of an eye, when he wears a Nordic headpiece.
