music channel etc has announced that model-turned actress
Bipasha Basu, who made her film debut with Ajnabi,
is the channel's Star Giraftaar for this month.
Bipasha’s chat with show anchor Tarana will be telecast
on 21 August 2002 at 8:00 pm with a repeat on 23 August
at 7:30 pm. Besides this show, etc will also telecast songs
and scenes from her films all through the month.
Her next film is Chor Machaye Shor where she plays
the role of a police inspector. Speaking on the endeavour
she said: “It’s fantastic to work with director David Dhawan.
This film is going to be a thriller mixed with comedy, action
and fun,” reveals Bipasha. She calls this movie a first
time experiment with comedy for her as well as Bobby Deol
who has a strong image of a action hero.
