Star World has announced a slew of shows for this month.

supernatural powers, are reluctantly thrown into the world
of doing good as they discover supernatural evil. Starring

must keep their identity as "the charmed ones" secret from
the world.
In an attempt to capitalise on the huge success the film
Jurassic Park had on Star Movies, Star World will
bring back The Lost World from tomorrow at 11 pm.
Based on a story by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle the show is set
at the dawn of the 20th century. The survivors of a daring
scientific expedition are marooned on an exotic plateau
forgotten by time, where the threat of vicious ape-men,
giant crocodiles, and flesh-eating dinosaurs is around every
corner.

funny bone from 26 August at 9 pm. New episodes of Law
& Order: Special victims unit kick off 20 August at

crimes of the elite Special Victims Unit of the New York
Police Department. A new slew of epsiodes of Nash Bridges
starts 23 August at 6:30 and 10 pm. The show stars Don Johnson
as a San Francisco police investigator (Don Johnson) who
deserves his reputation as a topnotch cop, but who's not
always so successful when it comes to his personal life.
The
channel has also lined up a special. Moment of Impact
airs on 19 August at 7:20 and 11:00 pm. This Emmy Award-winning
documentary details the compelling stories behind some of
the world's most memorable and dramatic photographs. Hosted
by Emmy-winner and Academy Award nominee Sam Waterston,
the program features six Pulitzer Prize photographers who
return to the scene of the action and describe, in a gripping
first-hand account, how he or she took their prize-winning
photographs. The stories of these unforgettable photographs-
many of them shown here for the first time - are as compelling
and long lasting as the images themselves.
