Predominantly music channel etc's Taaza Maal, a platform for new talent, has completed a year on etc. Rinku Ghosh, who makes her debut as Sapna in the forthcoming film Bharat Bhagya Vidhata, is Taaza Maal on etc for the show's first anniversary.

Since April 2001, every month Taaza Maal has been introducing fresh talents like Bipasha Basu, Akanksha, Hrishita Bhatt, Riya Sen and many more from the world of Indian film and music industry to provide an introductory platform to them. As a show Taaza Maal is unique because it showcases not only the professional development of the artistes but also their expertise in day today life. etc explores all that is there to give an interesting peek into the lifestyles of these stars in making.

For April etc will introduce Rinku Ghosh on two programmes. First show is on Monday 8 April, 2002 at 7:30 pm. while the second programme will telecast on Wednesday 10 April at 8 pm. Besides these, etc will also show songs and promos of her debut film all through the month.
