CNBC India will telecast the much awaited Infosys results live on Wednesday. IT major Infosys Technologies is expected to announce its results tomorrow at 9.30 am. CNBC India will feature Infosys Boardroom - interviews with the corporate chiefs - direct from Bangalore at 10:30 am.

The interviews will include Infosys top brass including chairman N R Narayana Murthy, CEO Nandan Nilekani, deputy MD and COO S Gopalakrishnan, head of sales and marketing, Phaneesh Murthy, and CFO T V Mohandas Pal.

Infosys' results are likely to decide the trend in the stock market or at least for the technology counter, say observers. Dealers say if Infosys comes out with an earnings guidance above 20% for FY 2002-03, a huge inflow of funds might be generated as marketmen are sitting on huge cash positions. Infosys is to unveil its Q4 and FY 2001-02 results tomorrow. The market is expecting the company to come up with an earnings guidance of between 15-20%for fiscal 2002-03.
