Zoom to increase focus on Pooja Bedi

Rumours last week flew fast and thick that celeb anchor Pooja Bedi would be upgraded to programming head at Zoom. Then we heard that Pooja herself was opting out of Not Just Page 3.

The lady herself laughed heartily when confronted with the rumours. The truth of the matter, says she, is that Not Just Page 3 is just 12 days from its last episode. Come 12 March and it's curtains for Not Just Page 3. But the lady is smiling.

The show is being revamped and repackaged to become Just Pooja which will go on air from 19 March.

"How can I opt out? How can I go away? I love the programme and I love my team," gushes Pooja.

"Zoom was getting tremendous response for my show. Taking into account all this, they decided to improvise and better the whole drama," she claims, adding,"I am more than happy. There 'll be more focus on me in the new format."

Just Pooja will be more research based and interview centred. Unlike the old format which had six stories- two features, two separate interviews, Film Watch, Hot Watch, Just Pooja will have simply one comprehensive interview based on a single theme where two guests will speak on the same issue but with a different perspective.

Buzz is, the guest list will comprise of the likes of Karan Johar, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Farhan Akhtar, Lucky Ali and many more biggies.

Parting shot, Pooja? "Oh sure," she gushes, "How can I leave Zoom when I am being upgraded?"
