Konfusion
with 'Kkusum'
While
Kasauti.. team went to Malaysia for shooting, Kkusum
too had similar plans. However, the unit changed its plans
from shooting at Malaysia to Australia. But now looks like
it will continue shooting at home.
A leap
was also being planned in the serial. But there is a speculation
that the actors won't agree to it. There is no end to what
the rumor mills are spinning. It goes off to the extent to
say that the show might go off air, as there isn't much substance
in it anymore.

Confusion
has become synonymous with Kkusum. Shwetta Kawaatra
had walked out long back. Recently Narayani Shastri announced
her leave. And now Moulie Ganguly playing Vidhi has called
quit. Now who will be the next to announce a walk out?
Nothing
seems to be going right with Kkusum. The show that
rocked off as 'aam ladki ki khaas kahani' (a simple girl's
special story) is losing its focus. It started with Kkusum
and Abhay, shifting between the senior lead actors and sometimes
on the younger generations.
Characters
have either walked out, or have been replaced. The buzz that
Manasi Joshi Roy will be replaced was the talk of the TV fraternity
sometime back. Various actresses like Shilpa Saklani, Ayesha
Julka and Sangeeta Ghosh were considered but finally Manasi
is continuing and she is not taking any break.
Where
there is a wave that character 'Mahi' played by Poonam Narula
is being brought back in the show, no one knows when she will
be starting to shoot. Our sources tell us the actors have
no clue what will be the storyline now.
Where
Kkusum actors complain that Sony has been concentrating
on Jassi since many months, Sony has been busy pulling up
its socks to face Millee on Star Plus. In an effort
to counter its hype, Sony has planned Kumud's wedding in a
Marathi style with celebrities dropping in.
Kkusum
was an important show for Balaji Telefilms. It used to be
talked about in the same breath as Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi
Bahu Thi. Will it loose its loyal audience to Mille
or will it be able to get back its lost glory?
