MUMBAI: Rewind Networks today announced the launch of its HITS and HITS MOVIES as part of the channel bouquet on Dialog Television, Sri Lanka’s premier Pay TV service provider, available from 15th May 2019.

The launch marks Rewind Networks’ first foray into Sri Lanka – bringing HITS MOVIES to its third market after Singapore and Indonesia, adding 1.3 million homes and bringing the total to more than 4 million homes.

HITS brings viewers the best Hollywood TV series ever made from the past three decades. In May, viewers can look forward to brand new seasons of The Nanny Season 5 (premieres 27 May), Who’s The Boss Season 3 (premieres 27 May) and Three’s Company Season 7 (premieres 8 May). Other exciting series include Little House on the Prairie, Baywatch and That ‘70s Show.

HITS MOVIES celebrates the best blockbuster films ever made from the ‘60s to the ‘90s. The channel’s slate includes hot favorites like Forrest Gump, Ghost, Police Academy, Crocodile Dundee and A Nightmare on Elm Street. The channel features a carefully curated selection of hit films from Hollywood majors such as MGM Studios, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros and Sony Pictures and will be progressively introducing more titles from other leading studios. In May, Dialog subscribers can catch iconic movies like Taxi Driver, Batman Forever, The Bone Collector, Superman and Beverly Hills Cop.
