MUMBAI: A story of friendship and fears, love and loss; &PrivéHD is set to showcase the compelling coming-of-age drama ‘The Perks Of Being A Wallflower.’ Based on the best-selling novel by Stephen Chbosky; the award-winning movie, known to have won a million hearts, is set to telecast as a part of Privé Rediscover on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 9PM.

When you lose everything you have, how do you find yourself back? As a part of the ongoing property ‘Beyond Glory’, &PrivéHD brings ‘When The Game Stands Tall’ - the story of a close-knit football team for whom one game was a turning point in their lives on Saturday, April 27, 2019, at 11PM!

‘The Perks Of Being A Wallflower’ traces the story of young Charlie (Logan Lerman), a naïve, timid and introverted, high school teenager battling his way through anxiety and depression. Upon entering his freshman year, Charlie encounters two welcoming seniors, Sam (Emma Watson) and Patrick (Ezra Miller) who welcome him with open arms and caress his fears away. With them, Charlie discovers a new world full of hope and possibilities. Together, the three explore the many layers of love and undying friendship as Charlie gets groomed into the man he was set out to be! Having received a total of 19 accolades at prestigious awards such as People's Choice Awards, Boston Society of Film Critics and Hollywood Film Festival Awards, the film met with equal critical-acclaim across the globe.

Inspired by the extraordinary true story, ‘When The Game Stands Tall’ is a film that challenges your notions about sports and victories. An inspiring tale about forgiveness, commitment and brotherhood, the riveting sports drama showcases the journey of the De La Salle High School Spartans creating waves in American sports with their earth-shattering 151-game winning streak. The film is centered around the legendary football coach Bob Ladouceur (Jim Caviezel) - the force behind the formidable team who spearheaded the team through their record-breaking victories. However, to their misfortune, the team suffer a hit as they lose their winning streak – an incident that tests them all. It is now up to the coach to pull the players back from the misery. Will the team succumb to the setback or will they stand back up and bring back their lost glory?
