MY-IPTV Anywhere allows digital media enthusiasts to capture, watch, and replay their favourite television programmes and movies from any computer, anywhere in the world, using just a broadband connection.

The MY-IPTV Anywhere solution enables users to convert their PCs into complete all-in-one entertainment centers that can record, store, and play television programmes, pictures, music, movies, and DVDs. In addition, travellers can use Honest Technology's online membership service to connect directly to their home media centers and access stored or live content, irrespective of their physical location.

With the solution, users retain complete control of their home-based PCs and media content no matter where in the world they may be. Media enthusiasts can view recorded or real-time programming, pause live television programs using the MY-IPTV's unique PVR functionality, schedule and record specific programs using an Internet Electronic Programming Guide (IEPG), and power on and off their home media centers, all with just a traditional broadband connection.

The solution also allows users to back-up programmes and media files on their home PC hard drive as MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4/H.264 file archives. When the user returns home, stored files or real-time programming streams can be viewed directly from the user's PC, other computers connected to the user's local area network, or from any PC that has broadband internet access.

The solution also serves as a DVD player and portable digital photo album, allowing travellers to watch and control DVD movies, create, play, and share digital photo slide shows, and convert AVI
movie files into MPEG1, MPEG2, and MPEG4/H.264 files using the system's movie encoding ability for viewing and sharing purposes.
