MUMBAI: US-based private video solutions company IQue has launched itStudio, an all-inclusive video-casting system. itStudio features equipment and access to services for producing and distributing broadcast video content worldwide via the Internet.

The system features a camera, lights, wireless microphone, a teleprompter and an encoder system. itStudio can be operated by a single person. It enhances communication via the Internet by empowering a relative novice to produce broadcast video content, live or taped, and achieve comparable quality and results to a traditional video broadcast facility.

Any single video production made with the itStudio can be streamed live, encoded and recorded locally on an internal hard drive for on-demand viewing, or recorded to digital videotape, DVD and VHS. IQue's Web-based Omnicast Manager serves as the central operations function, enabling on-site or remote video broadcasts to be produced in conjunction with the IQue Encoder, and allowing for real time or prerecorded programming through IQue Omnicast Presentations.

Once produced, the video is uploaded to one of IQue's Broadcast Facilities. To watch the production, a link can be sent via e-mail or the link can be added to the client's website. The video broadcast is then delivered quickly over the Internet for immediate viewing to any designated point in the world, thus facilitating clear, effective and instant communication in a format produced and controlled exclusively by the user.
