Beehive Systems isle’wiz used to reposition Jain TV

Beehive Systems Ltd., a leading software applications and services provider to the broadcast industry worldwide announced that Jain TV, as part of their repositioning strategy, has used its graphics automation suite – isle’wiz for developing a data-rich layout and interactive programming for its viewers in India.

Jain TV director Ankur Jain said, "We were looking for a solution to achieve the best graphics output display for multiple streams of real-time data across the television screen, and at the same time build interactivity into our programming. Beehive Systems isle’wiz graphics automation suite, coupled with the Mobile2TV plug-in offered an extra level of efficiency and productivity in our graphics operations."

Revealing the approach used for the project, Beehive Systems vice president Ajay Pal Singh stated, "Tagging on our usual collaborative approach with clients, we worked very closely with Jain TV and explored a range of innovative ways of using the technology for developing interactive and sticky content for their viewers. With the client chipping in with valuable inputs, our project teams managed a rapid turnout of a customised solution based around our standard isle’wiz application, thereby completely automating the delivery of real-time data streams and interactive programming. Today Jain TV has a distinctive positioning in the busy broadcast news space in India."

According to an official release, Beehive Systems isle’wiz with plug-ins has enabled the complete automation of business graphics including stock ticker and financial side-bands on forex, gainers/losers, etc., SMS interactivity (polling) and also news headlines, weather, time, etc.

isle’wiz automates the graphics workflow in newsroom environment allowing journalists to create daily use live graphics right from their desktops, without any programming knowledge.
