Pramati will OEM its platform as the embedded J2EE application server engine that will be the foundation for Savvion BusinessManager, a comprehensive system that enables the fast and cost-effective transformation of business processes to automated Web-based applications.

Under the agreement, Savvion becomes an independent software vendor (ISV) partner of Pramati, enabling it to integrate and ship Pramati Server to enterprise customers as part of its solution.
