Findings:

Education institution category TV advertising witnessed
a jump of 66 per cent in June September 2010 compared
to the same period in the previous year.
- Education
institution category contributed to ¾ of TV ad
volumes of education sector ad volumes between June
Sept 2010.
- National
and regional channel advertising was in 66:34 ratio with
Andhra Pradesh capturing the 18 per cent regional channel
advertising.
- Hindi
was the leader with 38 per cent of ad volume share of
education institution category advertising on TV channels
during June September 2010.

June - September 2010 accounted for 32 per cent share.

top position with 18 per cent share followed by Tamil
Nadu & Orissa at 14 per cent.

terms of Language wise share, Hindi topped the list with
38 per cent share with major gap of 26 per cent with Telugu
on second position.
