MUMBAI: The king’s
of comedy with their extra ordinary talent are here once again to tickle your
funny bone! Star One brings back the third season of Reliance Mobile The Great
Indian Laughter Champions that promises to go a notch higher. The extremely entertaining
6 weeks series will showcase the best of 17 stand up comedians, who will entertain
the audiences with their laughter therapy. The
laughter ride will be headed by the Masters of the house – the enigmatic
Navjot Singh Sidhu and the effervescent Chunky Pandey. Watch all the fun as the
Guru’s of comedy take over the stage raising the laughter meter every Friday,
starting October 10, 2008@ 9 pm. The
Laughter Champions will bring together amazing talents from the previous seasons
along with the four finalists of The Great Indian Laughter Challenge 4. In each
episode, 5 of the above contestants will perform hilarious gags. To further sprinkle
a dose of fun and excitement the cool Chunky Pandey will take on the stage with
his comical histrionics. Be
it the south Indian rendition of Srikanth Maski, poker face antics of Dr Tusshar
Shah or Sugandha Mishra’s excellent mimicry of Lata Mangeshkar, these Champions
are loaded with their hilarious armaments to make you laugh till you cry!!
The first episode
holds incredible performances by Rajkumar Javkar, along with his cute monkey Rancho;
Bharti keeps everyone in splits with gags on her fatness and Sunil Thakker enthralls
everyone with his act where he takes on NRI’S! Sikander and Wali, the red
and white jodi as they are famously known perform on an uproarious gag where they
both keep abusing each other! All this and more is in store for the audience on
the fantastic Friday, October 10 at 9:00 pm. So
