An evening with extra dose of fun, non-stop laughter, entertainment
and merry making is here to stay! With the successful launch of
the new evening drive time show ‘Sunset Samosa’ with Mirchi
ki hit jodi, ek yeda ek yedi - Neha & Tarun, Radio Mirchi 98.3
FM India’s hottest radio station has slated a special fun treat
contest for Mumbaikars – ‘Sunset Samosa War of The PJs’.
Kicking off early this week, War of The PJs on Radio Mirchi Sunset
Samosa is a hunt for the worst PJs and the PJ makers in the city.
Radio
Mirchi listeners can participate through SMS by simply sending their
PJs to ‘58888’. While the net savvy wisecracks can post
their PJs to a special online Sunset Samosa PJ center on Orkut and
Face book, others can post their PJs at the Mirchi van’s Sunset
Samosa PJ Zone postbox stationed at select locations across the
city. They can also email their PJs to sunsetsamosa@radiomirchi.com
or drop in their pjs on Tarun and Neha’s pages on www.radiomirchi.com.
Each day Neha and Tarun will pick two contestants and will read
out the PJs on-air. Remember, it’s not the best but the worst
ones which get picked. Every day there is a funky mobile phone to
be won, so let your worst self out!
Selected
listener with the worst PJ of the day takes home surprise goodies
from Radio Mirchi and the PJs continues to be played till the next
one is chosen. On-ground Mirchi RJ Meera will make a round at select
hangouts in the city to hunt for listeners with the worst PJ. Towards
the end of the contest, the final two worst PJs of Mumbai will be
short listed from amongst the selected ones where an elite comic
jury will choose the worst PJ of the week. Chosen candidates will
be invited on Mirchi Sunset Samosa for the final showdown of The
War of The PJs with Neha & Tarun and celebrity judge - Cyrus
Broacha. The winner will be crowned The PJ King and will be gifted
a free one year supply of PJs & Samosas along with a mega prize
of a slick laptop.
Mirchi
sunnewale always khush…for listeners could also enjoy specials
on Sunset Samosa, such as a nutty crazy questions round with a celebrities,
debates on silly issues on Samosa Question of the day or games between
two teams i.e. Mirchi Akhada - Neha ki team vs Tarun’s team,
a fun language learning class called Mirchi Mind your language,
silly u-tube forwards etc on Tech Samosa section and other mindless
sections from Mumbai ki hit jodi, ek yeda ek yedi with Tarun and
Neha.
Other
fun activities includes distributing free hajmola dabbas for offices
with best jokes, samosa eating contest in select malls and the list
of fun moments, pranks & gags is endless…!
