Indias foremost industry association, Confederation of Indian
Industries has appointed Vaishnavi Corporate Communications, countrys
leading integrated communications firm, as its public relations
agency. The communications mandate would encompass CIIs operations
both nationally and internationally. Vaishnavi will provide strategic
counsel to Indias premier corporate body in the area of communications
management. Possibly for the first time in the history of industry
associations in India, apex body CII has mandated public relations
agency Vaishnavi Corporate Communication to be its interface with
media.
Speaking
on the appointment of Vaishnavi as its strategic communications
partner, Director General of CII, Chandrajit Banerjee said, We
believe that as an organization Vaishnavi Corporate Communications
has all the key factors to deliver on the strategic needs of the
communication programmes of CII. As CII continues its efforts to
consolidate its strategic position in nation building and pursue
our theme of India @ 75: The Emerging Agenda, Vaishnavi will play
an important role in reaching out to our key stakeholders.
