Mumbai today saw eloquent evening of Jazz lovers taking time out
from their busy schedule to relax, unwind and rejuvenate themselves
with premium Black Dog Scotch whisky. Black Dog 'Jazz Incident'
on Thursday witnessed the elite faction of Mumbai mesmerized by
the music of The Curtis King Band, a funky, bluesy rock 'n' roll
band with a blend of East-meets-West sound at The Hard Rock Cafe.
The Black Dog Jazz Series is about bringing fine jazz concert experiences
to the astute jazz audiences in Mumbai in a fine, relaxed ambience.

Curtis King Band is a funky, bluesy, good-time, traveling rock 'n'
roll band with an East-meets-West sound have been keeping the party
going in Asia since 1996. Kristen Rasmussen the lead singer of The
Curtis King Band said "It's a unique experience for us to perform
in India and the audiences here have been extremely appreciative."
Curtis
and his cast of world-class musicians and entertainers have been
featured on MTV, the BBC, China Central Television, XoneFM Radio
(Vietnam), HTV (Vietnam), have performed at LIVE EARTH 2007 and
Jakarta International Jazz Festival , and have played with international
greats Deep Purple, local Vietnamese talents Tran Manh Tuan, Hong
Nhung, Singapore's guitarist extraordinaire John Chee (at the legendary
Crazy Elephant), Matthew "Cadillac" Cooper, and many other
top performers from around the world.
