MUMBAI:
From growing up with the kalank of being a manhoos, as her father
holds her responsible for her mother's death, to remarrying a man
who doesn't love her, Anupama, the lead actress of SaharaOne's popular
show "Doli Saja Ke ", has silently suffered all the hardships
that life has offered her. Effective Monday, April 28, audiences
will see a dramatic change in Anupama as she transforms in a new
avatar, as a strong woman who stands up and fights for her rights
and the happiness of the people she loves.

becomes anupama's confidant , she encourages anupama to fight her
own battle smartly against her enemies. Dadi looking at anupama's
helplessness and sorrow confronts her and tells her to stand up
and fight against it. She tells Anupama, "bahut aansu baha
liye humne…bahut sir jhuka liye…sehenshelta ki seema par
ho chuki hai….par ab aur nahi….ab samay aa gaya hai….Seeta
ban kar tum sanghar nahi kar sakti ho….apna tez pehchano Anu….tum
Shakti ka roop ho…apna roop pehchano…….ab tum Seeta
nahi…Durga ban kar dusro ka sanghar karo.."
As Dadi encourages her, Anupama's face suddenly glows with confidence
and she decides to stand against all the atrocities imposed on her.
