MUMBAI:
A packed stadium of 3200 attended the exclusive event hosted by
Amrita TV which featured ace percussionist Sivamani,globe-trotting
keyboardist and Amrita Super Star pianist, Stephen alongwith the
top 3 winners of Amrita's reality shows,Super Star,Super Star Junior
and Super Dancer --and performances by musician George Peter
The
3-hour show,Atlas Jewellery Amrita Super Star Caravan at Al -Nasr
Ice Rink,Dubai had a mesmerising mix of percussion instruments by
world-famous Sivamani who also had a jamming session with Stephen
and Super Stars which brought the stadium to its toes.It was for
the first time where a show featured coming together of talented
singers ,dancers,musicians,choreographers and instrumentalists in
the 12- 35 age group
The
crowd loved to see 12-somethings Al-Sabith,Pradheesh and Lincy jamming
up with veterans like Sivamani,Stephen and George Peter accompanied
by the Sangeeth,Job and Ajay in their early 20s--ably supported
by some electrifying dances by Amrita Super Dancer toppers ,Prashanth
Aneesh and Anjali.
The
entire TV crew and camera equipment for the show along with Amrita's
team of producers,cameramen and crew were flown in from India to
organise the mega event which served as a curtain raiser to the
New Year
The
audience also comprised all the key advertisers,ad agencies and
media planners from Middle East .The main sponsors of the event
were represented by their top brass which included Atlas Jewellery,Western
Union,among others.
