MUMBAI:
It's a new season of paranormal drama! Jennifer Love Hewitt returns
as Melinda Gordon, the medium who can communicate with earthbound
spirits and ghosts who cling to the living because they have unfinished
business that prevents them from moving beyond the familiar plane
of existence that we call life. Catch the all-new season of "Ghost
Whisperer" premiers this Tuesday, 14 August at 9 p.m. only
on Star World.
Following
the death of her best friend Andrea at the end of last season, this
season Melinda must gain trust in a new friend Delia Banks (Camryn
Manheim, The Practice), a single mom who lives in Grandview, however
she is somewhat reluctant to reveal her "gift" to new
friend fearing the consequences of drawing her into this "unconventional"
world. Meanwhile, Melinda continues to navigate among the dead and
the living in her sometimes chilling, sometimes heart-rending and
sometimes amusing attempts to act as an intermediary between the
ghosts and those they haunt. For her part, Melinda accepts her unique
abilities as a blessing and sometime curse, but always helps her
clients, alive or dead, find emotional closure.
This
Tuesday night, Melinda worries that Andrea is being influenced not
to cross over. Melinda seeks the help of an expert in history and
the occult in helping to identify the wide brimmed hat man.
The
show is created by John Gray and stars Jennifer Love Hewitt, Aisha
Tyler, and David Conrad. The series is based on the work of James
Van Praagh, who is a co-executive producer and is a world-renowned
psychic medium.
So
don't forget to tune in to the all-new season of "Ghost
Whisperer" this Tuesday, 14 August at 9 p.m. only on Star
World and get hooked.
