While talking about his forthcoming film Bas ek pal, to Komal
Nahta, Sanjay Suri said that it is not necessary to have affairs
to become popular and stay in the news. On being asked that why
he has not been in news of late, he admits that one needs a big
hit to be talked about in this industry.
 Komal
asked why he ventured into films as a producer, he answered saying
that no producer was willing to back My Brother Nikhil and
present it the way I wanted to do it, so I had to turn into a producer.
Speaking
on how much he likes spontaneity and surprises, he says "I
never plan my life and live for the moment."
