| 1. Amrita TV on Tata Sky : Amrita TV is now available
on Tata Sky Channel No.867 across the country. Amrita TV is already available
on Dish TV platform nationally ,as also on prime band in the Malayalam bouquet
in Kerala. Many cable operators across the country and abroad are showing keen
interest to carry the channel due to positive viewer response for numerous programmes.
2. "Top 10 at Ten News" Launched : Amrita TV launched a unique news
show at 10 pm which showcases the Top 10 stories for the day.Being a format which
is new to Malayalam television, the programme has generated considerable interest
among viewers and opinion leaders for the selection of stories and the focus that
each story gets by way of in-depth analysis. "Top 10 at Ten News" has
been in the forefront with "Exclusives" and "Breaking News"
ever since it was launched.One of the news on milk adulteration, finally resulted
in the banning of 11 milk brands in Kerala
3.Client-Agency Conclaves :
To coincide with completion of first year and to present the channel's bouquet
of programmes for the Onam festival period, Amrita TV organised Conclaves of Clients
and Agencies at Mumbai,Trivandrum and Kochi which was well-attended.An exclusive
program was also conducted at Trivandrum for key officials in government enterprises,departments,ministries.
