2006: MTNL countrys leading Telecom Service provider has crafted a unique
way to engage its customers in a highly interactive session that would benefit
both MTNL and its customers. The MTNL buddy launched on the 15th August has seen
an overwhelming response from the customers in the form of their valuable feedback.
The E-News Letter which is delivered through email to MTNL customers by the 15th
of every month has indeed become a very powerful tool to communicate with the
customers better and keep them updated with the latest products & service
offerings, news and events of the company. MTNL BUDDY September 06 winners,
Mr. Sanjay Kumar the winner of the feedback poll and Mr. Vinay Kumar Mohan the
telequiz winner were awarded with a 4mega pixel CANNON Powershot A430 digital
camera worth about Rs.10,000 /- by Mr. RSP Sinha CMD, MTNL. Speaking

us generate buddies among our customers providing us with their valuable feedbacks
