| Zee Trendz and Zee Café bring an exclusive
and acclaimed awards ceremony, The Idea Zee F Awards, to honour the
excellence in Indian Fashion. The voting panel consists of more than
200 highly esteemed industry representatives from various segments
of the fashion industry.
The event held at the Taj Land’s End on May 6, witnessed spectacular
fashion shows by a power packed designer brigade – Rajesh Pratap
Singh, Anna Singh and Tarun Tahliani. The evening rocked with star-power
performances by Fardeen Khan, Dino Morea, Onjalee Nair, Udita Goswami,
Koena Mitra and Ganesh Hegde. Also present at the event were Rekha,
Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif, Rani Mukherjee, Amrita Arora, Deepika
Padukone, Manish Malhotra, Ritu Kumar and many more.
The advisory board of the 'Idea Zee F Awards' comprised of 13 personalities
from various streams of the industry including Tarun Tahiliani,
Ritu Kumar, Rohit Bal, Asha Baxi, Piyush Pandey, Mehr Jessia Rampal,
Lara Dutta, John Abraham, Manish Malhotra, B.S. Nagesh, Ashok Salian,
Sheetal Mallar and Vinod Nair.
The Award Categories at the Idea Zee F Awards were: Industry Awards
(male model of the year - ramp, female model of the year - Ramp,
male model of the year - commercial assignments, fashion choreographer
of the year, make-up artist of the year, hair stylist of the year
to name a few), Idea People's Choice Awards (celebrity model of
the year - male, celebrity model of the year - female & most
fashionable sports star), and Hall of Fame Awards (For outstanding
contribution to fashion, designer for promoting Indian Crafts and
Technique and many more).
