New Delhi, 24 June, 2006: Doordarshan will telecast a new serial
titled To Tota Main Maina from 26 June, 2006. The serial
will be telecast on Mondays at 9.00 P.M. on the National Network
on DD-1.
The serial has been Produced & Directed by Sachin. Sachin,
Supriya, Biju Khote, Rashmi Sharma, Sanjay Sejwal & Shefali
Soman are in the main cast.
Tu Tota Mein Meina is a story of Sachin (Tota) and Supriya
(Maina) who play a couple who come to the city, from a small village
in search of work and then the heart of the people whom they serve.
They solve the complex problems of their masters with their share
wit, compassion and naiveté.
They are rustic, they are witty, they are direct, and they are
funny….
