NDTV Profit Business Leadership Awards in New Delhi. The 'awards that
saw Indias best business leaders under one roof were presented by Honble
Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh across fourteen different categories at a special
award ceremony at Taj Palace in New Delhi. Starting this year,
the NDTV Profit Business Leadership Awards will honour business excellence
and are aimed at recognizing companies that have shown exceptional ability across
industries and have nurtured excellence. Extensive research was
carried over a period of five months to determine the nominees and the winners
under the guidance of the jury that comprised of eminent personalities like Dr
Amit Mitra, Ms Anu Aga, Dr Bimal Jalan, Mr Narayana Murthy, Mr Suman Dubey and
Dr Prannoy Roy. Synovate, as market research partner and Ernst & Young as
knowledge/audit partner were appointed by NDTV for these awards. The presenting

presented with the Global Indian Leader award by the Honble Prime Minister

skills and has shown substantial contribution to her organization and the Indian
